- 서울쏘울은 개인의 솔직한 욕망과 경험의 가치에 대해 이야기하는 일러스트레이터이자 그림책 작가이다. 어린 시절 그림을 그리며 느낀 원초적인 즐거움이 작업의 근간이다.
홍익대학교 산업디자인학과와 스웨덴 Konstfack 예술대학에서 Contemporary Jewellery를 전공했고, 조영글 필명으로 창작그림책 <김철수빵> (2022), <진짜 진짜 거짓말 아니야>(2021), <안녕 나의 스웨터> (2020)를 출간했으며, <못된 송아지 뿌뿌>(2020)에 삽화를 그렸다. 그 외 여러 출판사들과 출판일러스트를 진행했다.
Seoul Soul is an illustrator and picture book author who tells a story about the value of an individual's authentic desires and experiences. The motivation for her work originated from the joy of art experienced back in childhood. She studied Industrial design at Hongik University, Seoul, South Korea, and Contemporary Jewellery in Konstfack, Stockholm, Sweden. Her written and drawn picture books include <Kim Chul-soo Bread> (2022), <I'm Really Really Not Lying> (2021), <Dear My Sweater> (2020), and her illustrated book includes <The Wicked Calf, Pupu> (2020). She also led several publishing illustrations with various publishers.
